such a wonderful seller! i bought several items from this shop and unfortunately, one of my headphone covers arrived cracked. i contacted the seller and they replied immediately to remedy the problem. i was sent a replacement that fortunately arrived in perfect condition, as well as a little spine charm for my headphones as well (shown in photo). the covers are so cute and i couldn’t be happier with them. i will definitely be purchasing again in the future! thank you so much, you’re the best! <3
